For a second color imprint, add $1.00 per item plus a second set-up
charge of $60.00. Standard imprint colors include white, black, PMS
485C, 343C, 347C, Yellow, 123C, 021C, 463C, 2755C, Reflex Blue,
Process Blue and 320C. For PMS color matching other than these
stock colors, add $30.00 per color.
